General Provisions

la44 is an online gaming and betting platform that provides services for Bangladeshi players. These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between la44 ("we", "our", "platform") and the user ("you", "player").

These terms apply to all services, games, promotions and transactions on la44. By accessing the platform, registering, or playing any game, you become legally bound by these terms.

Applicable Law: These terms are governed by relevant applicable law. Any disputes will be resolved through arbitration.

We reserve the right to amend these terms at any time. Updated terms will take effect as soon as they are published on the platform. Users are advised to visit this page regularly.

Account Registration

To play on la44, you must create a personal account. Providing accurate and complete information at the time of registration is mandatory. Providing false or misleading information may result in account cancellation.

2.1 Registration Terms

  • Each individual may operate only one account.
  • The name, address and contact information provided during registration must be truthful.
  • Only one account may be opened with a single email address or phone number.
  • It is the user's responsibility to keep their account login credentials (password) confidential.
  • The account may not be transferred or sold to another person.

2.2 Identity Verification (KYC)

la44 reserves the right to verify a user's identity at any time. You may be asked to submit a National ID Card (NID), passport or other government-issued documents. Withdrawals may be placed on hold until identity verification is complete.

Important: Report any unauthorized access to your account to our support team immediately. Timely notification will allow us to take appropriate action.

Age Limit and Eligibility

la44 is for adults only. Users must be at least 21 years of age to participate on this platform.

Age Limit: For users aged 21 and above only. Accounts belonging to underage individuals will be closed immediately and all deposited funds may be forfeited.

The following individuals are not eligible to use la44:

  • Any person under the age of 21.
  • Those whose accounts have previously been closed by la44.
  • Employees of la44 or their immediate family members.
  • Residents of regions where online gaming is completely prohibited.

We may request the necessary documents for age verification at any time. Account activity may be restricted until verification is complete.

Deposits and Withdrawals

la44 supports transactions through all popular mobile banking and bank transfer methods in Bangladesh. All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳).

4.1 Deposit Rules

  • Minimum deposit amount: ৳300 (for all methods).
  • Accepted methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer.
  • Use the correct reference number when making a deposit.
  • Deposits are generally credited to the account instantly.

4.2 Withdrawal Rules

  • Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳500.
  • Withdrawal requests take 15 minutes to 2 hours to process.
  • Withdrawals can only be made to a registered payment method.
  • Withdrawals may be delayed if identity verification (KYC) has not been completed.
  • In cases of suspicious activity, withdrawals may be temporarily suspended pending investigation.
Please note: The same payment method used for deposits must be used for withdrawals. Transferring funds to a third-party account is strictly prohibited.

4.3 Transaction Fees

la44 generally does not charge any additional fees for deposits or withdrawals. However, your bank or mobile banking provider may apply their own charges, which are the user's responsibility.

Bonuses and Promotions

la44 offers various bonuses and promotional offers. Each bonus has its own terms and conditions that must be read carefully before accepting.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳8,000. A 25x wagering requirement applies to this bonus.

  • The welcome bonus applies only once per account.
  • After receiving the bonus, the wagering requirement must be met within the specified time period.
  • Attempting to withdraw before the wagering requirement is met may result in the bonus being cancelled.
  • The bonus may only be used on eligible games.

5.2 VIP Program

la44's three-tier VIP program offers special benefits to regular players:

  • Bronze: Weekly cashback up to 0.3%.
  • Silver: Weekly cashback up to 0.5%.
  • Gold: Weekly cashback up to 0.8%.

Players can advance to higher VIP tiers through regular and active play.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

Warning: Abuse of the bonus system (multiple accounts, strategic betting methods, or gaining any advantage through a third party) is strictly prohibited. In such cases, the bonus may be cancelled and the account may be suspended.

Gaming Rules

All games available on la44 are operated by third-party software providers (Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, JILI, PG Soft, Spribe, Ezugi, NetEnt, Microgaming and others). Each game's own rules and the provider's terms and conditions apply.

6.1 Game Results

The results of all games are determined fairly through RNG (Random Number Generator) or live dealer methods. la44 and its employees do not influence game results in any way.

6.2 Technical Issues

If a game is interrupted due to a technical error or system issue, la44 reserves the right to cancel the relevant bet or settle it according to the circumstances. In such situations, the game result may not be considered final.

6.3 Bet Limits

  • Each game has a set minimum and maximum bet limit.
  • Different bet limits may apply when playing with bonus funds.
  • la44 reserves the right to change bet limits at any time.

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on la44. Violating these rules may result in account cancellation and forfeiture of deposited funds.

7.1 Fraud and Deception

  • Operating multiple accounts.
  • Abusing bonus benefits or strategically manipulating the game system.
  • Using a false identity or documents.
  • Unauthorized access to another player's account.

7.2 Money Laundering

Strictly Prohibited: la44 follows international anti-money laundering policies. We are obligated to notify the relevant authorities in the case of suspicious transactions.

7.3 Technical Abuse

  • Playing using bots, automated software or artificial intelligence.
  • Attempting to hack or gain unauthorized access to the platform's systems.
  • Colluding with other players to manipulate games.
  • Attempting to access from a prohibited region using a VPN or proxy.

Account Suspension and Closure

8.1 la44's Authority

la44 reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account, for any reason, particularly in cases of rule violations, without prior notice.

  • Violation of any clause of these terms.
  • Failure to complete identity verification.
  • Extended period of inactivity.
  • Fraud or suspicious activity.
  • Instructions from legal or regulatory authorities.

8.2 Voluntary Account Closure

You may request the closure of your own account at any time by contacting our support team. The process of withdrawing any available balance must be completed before the account is closed.

8.3 Inactive Account Policy

If an account remains inactive for 12 consecutive months, it will be marked as an inactive account. Any bonus or promotional credits in the account will then be cancelled. Cash balances will remain protected.

Responsible Gaming

la44 believes in responsible gaming. We want our players to enjoy games for entertainment and never spend beyond their means.

  • If loss occurs due to issues with the user's own device or network.
  • If loss occurs due to unauthorized third-party access to an account and the user has been careless in protecting their login credentials.
  • If the service is disrupted due to unforeseen events (Force Majeure) such as natural disasters, cyberattacks, or government restrictions.

In any situation, la44's maximum liability will be limited to the amount of the transaction in question.

Changes to Terms

la44 reserves the right to change, add to, or remove these rules and terms at any time. Changes will take effect as soon as they are published.

Notice: For important changes, we will provide notification via the registered email or on the platform. Continued use of the platform after any changes will be considered acceptance of the new terms.
